Diploma in Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutritional science in the promotion of optimal health using a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to chronic health concerns.

Sheila Downes is an IHS Nutritional Therapy Graduate. She has worked alongside Dr. Eva Orsmond, mainly with her patients with type 2 diabetes. She then worked as head nutritionist at Your Way In, a private weight loss clinic in Blackrock.

If you go on to study Nutritional Therapy you might meet Sheila in Clinical Practice she is also one of the clinic mentors.
